Fabry-Perot resonator: adhesive film (25 – 170 GHz, 220 -330 GHz)

Overview

Even samples that cannot stand on their own, such as adhesive films and paints, can be measured up to 330 GHz by using an appropriate base film. Here, we have obtained the dielectric constants of the adhesive film by the results of measuring the adhesive film attached to the base film, and the base film alone. Although the error is larger than that of normal film measurement, even relatively low-loss materials can be expected to provide meaningful results.
