Fabry-Perot resonator: Copper Foil Conductivity vs. Roughness (20 - 170 GHz)

Overview

Differences in conductivity due to surface roughness of copper foils for high frequency substrates can be evaluated up to 170 GHz. Since millimeter-wave conductivity shows various frequency characteristics depending on the surface roughness, it is important to evaluate at multiple frequency points including the actual frequency of use. Both copper foil by itself and on a plastic basis can be evaluated.
