Measurement examples

Overview

We measured COP films that maintain low loss up to 330 GHz with the broadband E/W/D/J band resonators. The COP samples are the same type that is shipped with the resonator.

• Network analyzer: N5290A (Keysight Technologies)
• Mini VNAX frequency extension module: N5262BW03 (Keysight Technologies)

• Mini VNAX frequency extension module: N5262BW06 (Keysight Technologies)

Results

Note

Even if the measurement band changes, there will be no gap in the measurement values.
